Drumcarrow Equestrian was established in 1998 and has held BHS Approved Livery Yard status since 2002. In 2017, the facility achieved approval as an Approved Centre. The family-run yard is renowned for its welcoming and supportive atmosphere, with a secure and heated tack room serving as the social hub of the facility. In addition to free tea and coffee, the yard occasionally hosts legendary "yard nights out." As dedicated horse owners, the owners of Drumcarrow Equestrian provide knowledgeable assistance and offer livery customers access to their high-quality facilities. Adequate grazing opportunities allow for daily turnout, even during winter months when horses can be turned out in paddocks for a few hours of exercise.

Full Livery

Our Full Livery service provides a designated stable with bedding, ad-lib haylage, feed and all services such as mucking out, turnout, rug changes, feeding, and walker daily, included as standard. You'll have access to all facilities, including arenas, tack rooms, wash bays and the solarium. With Full Livery, you can leave all the day-to-day care of your horse in our safe and experienced hands, freeing you up to enjoy riding whenever you wish.

Do-It-Yourself

Our DIY service provides a designated stable with rubber matting and ad-lib haylage fed by our staff twice daily. You'll also have access to an allocated turnout field, all arenas, tack room, and DIY washbay. We provide a full list of additional services on a flexible day-to-day basis to suit your individual requirements. We can do as much or as little as you need, including feed, muck out, and turnout.

Training Livery

Our Training Livery is the perfect solution for those who want to improve their skills and those of their horse. Our trainers, Angus and Stephen, are fully insured, first aiders, and have achieved their UKCC Level 2 teaching qualification. We provide training in both flatwork and jumping, and we can also school your horse as required in between training sessions. Our Training Livery can be adapted to individual requirements, from one-to-one daily training to regular training sessions over the long or short term. You can arrange Training Livery with either DIY or Full Livery. Please contact us to discuss further the available options.

  • Indoor Arena

    Our 50x30 indoor arena boasts a Cushion track classic surface, and an entire course of show jumps, cavalettes and fillers.

  • Outdoor Arena

    Our 62x26 floodlit outdoor arena has a cushion track classic all-weather surface, making it fully resistant to winter conditions and useable year-round.

  • Lunging Pen

    16-metre diameter Loddon Round Pen with Equestrian Services, Cushion Track Classic Surface.

  • Shower and Solarium

    Drimee Solarium, Adjustable Height, 3 Hot Water Showers with Cross Ties.

  • Feed
